Responsible for writing, producing, delivering and maintaining documentation for one or multiple products, including web-delivered applications
Take an active leading role in defining documentation needs
Creates quality documentation that translates engineering and product management materials
Optimize quality of team deliverables and offers suggestions to improve product design and human interface – ensuring a customer focus in all aspects of documentation development
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to support deadlines
Adjust quickly to changes in company and product plans
Required Skills
- Familiarity with software/customer support documentation and a demonstrated expertise in the most current publishing tools – especially those used in web-based applications
- Proven ability to provide written output that is accurate, concise, free of grammatical errors, and follows a logical progression
- Strong teamwork skills, self-starter, and proven record of completing projects on time
- Expertise in one or more documentation and help authoring tools for Web applications, especially Adobe Framemaker, RoboHelp, PhotoShop, and Captivate.

Job number 30723. For an application deployment project that must be completed by year-end. I'm looking for someone to produce all the project documentation.
NO OT NEEDED; ALL WORK TO BE ONSITE (MAY BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTE ON OCCASION); WILL HIRE OVER THE PHONE.
Duties
Experienced technical writer who will work with Project Manager and Team Leads to write a variety of project, technical and procedural documents, to meet internal requirements (e.g. project plans, standard operating procedures, work instructions, requirement specifications, training plans, etc.).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and associated documents, e.g., requirements document, test plan, training plan, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Understands process concepts and is able to produce documentation within delivery parameters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Clearly and concisely describes concepts
- Performs effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised
- 3 Years+ writing experience

Desireable Expertise
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry
